1: Set midi click to off

2: Choose which track(s) you want to resample and mute the others.

3: Decide which group(s) of measures to resample.

4: Sample+note to an empty track...with flat eq and bypassed system fx(optional).
Using source=resample,trigger=meas,RecGain as necessary.

5: Normalize the sample(s) and Name them.

6: Reset Mix eq, adjust fx send levels,Switch off system fx bypass, adjust volume.

7: Mute or clear the "original" track(s) that you have resampled.
